Ikan Merah Ros
Resepi ni i wat time i balik kg beraya baru2 ni..camana nak ckp eekk..bhn2 suma i main campak jer apa yg ada then d results was amazing gak..this is all bout cooking..EXPERIMENT.
Lg2 kat kg i seafood harga mmg murah smpi duk sana 2 minggu lbh mmg hadap seafood jer ari2 coz kat KL ni langsung x leh hadap sbb isi dah x fresh..so let me share here..
Bahan2
1 ekor ikan merah size besar (ikan ni fav i)
2 sudu besar tepung jagung
sedikit garam
5 helai cili kering (blander)
1 batang serai..dititik
3 sudu besar sos tomato
2 sudu besar air asam jawa
1/2 biji bawang besar dipotong halus
2 ulas bawang merah n putih dicincang
sdikit halia dicincang
sedikit gula n pepper
minyak tuk menggoreng
Cara2
1) Gaulkan ikan dgn sdikit garam dan tepung jagung,goreng smpi garing,toskan
2) Tumis bawang dan halia yg dah dicincang gaul then mskkn serai
3) pastu mskkn cili kering td masak lg smpi harum
4) mskkn sos tomato dan sdikit air + air asam jawa td..garam,gula n pepper gaul smpi mndidih
5) msukkn bawang besar gaul kn seminit then off kan api
6) so bhn2 yg dah dimasak ni blh dituang diatas ikan goreng tadi..siap.yumeeee
* klu suka pedas tu blh tmbah cili dlm menu ni
* ikan kena digoreng dgn minyak yg byk n panas supaya masaknya rata
* nama menu Ikan Merah Ros ni i yg namakan tau..i pun x tau napa i bg nama cam tu..
mybe coz warna merah then pkai ikan merah pastu ikan tu color pink lg hihi..ikan tu cute kan..
