Roast Lemon Shrimp With Potatoes
Bahan2 utk udang:
(2 org)
*1/2 kg udang (tos kan smpi tdk mengandugi air)
*2 ulas bawang putih (ditekan)
*2 helai daun sup (dicincang)
*8 biji tomato ceri
*1/2 biji lemon (ambil jus)
*1 sudu teh pepper
*sedikit garam
*5 sudu besar olive oil
Bahan2 utk potatoes:
*)2 biji ubi kentang
*)1/2 sudu kecil pepper
*)1 sudu besar olive oil
*)1 sudu besar butter
*)1/2 cwn air stok ayam @ 1/2 serbuk kiub ayam
*)Aluminium foil utk wrap
Cara2 utk bake potatoes:
1)Ubi kentang dipotong wedges
2)Gaulkan ubi kentang td bsama pepper & olive oil
3)Ambil aluminium foil,letak potatoes diatasnya
4)Tuang air stok ayam dan letak butter atas potatoes td
5)Bungkus dgn kemas,cucuk sdikit aluminium foil dgn garpu di atas
6)Masukkn dlm oven,bakar selama 45-50 min dgn suhu 180-200 celcius
Cara2 bake shrimp:
1)Gaul udang brsama garam,bwg putih,daun sup,pepper,tomato ceri dn olive oil
2)Letak bhn2 td dlm dulang pembakar dan bakar slama 10 min,suhu 180-200 celcius
3)Slepas masak,tuang jus lemon atas udang
4)Blh dihidang brsama potatoes td
*i gunakan olive oil krn ia lbh healty n lbh byk pkai olve oil lbh baik tuk kesihatan n kulit juga..tp harga nya lbh mahal sdikit than minyak biasa
*dish ni pun vry healty..simple n nice to eat
