Kek Sula Hangus (Kek Sarang Semut)
Untuk 4 org mkn (1 biji kek)
Bahan2 1 (untk gula hangus) :
* 1 cawan gula
* 1 cawan air
* 80g butter
1. Masak gula mgunakn api yg slow smpi perang (dark brown)
2. Pastu masukkn air sejuk dan gaul smpi gula cair (awas masa tuang air sbb blh terpercik sbb panas )
3. Matikan api dan masukkan butter dan ketepikan.
Bahan2 2 (utk kek)
* 5 biji telur
* 1 cawan susu pekat manis (230 ml)
* 170gm tepung gandum
* 2 sudu kecil baking powder
- tepung gandum dan baking powder diayak brsama
Cara membuatnya:
1. Pukul telur sehingga betul2 kembang dan masukkan susu,pukul lg smpi kembang
2. Masukkan adunan tepung td dan kacau lg smpi sebati
3. Baru msukkan adunan gula hangus tadi dn gaul lg
4. Sediakan loyang yg telah disapu butter dan isi adunan td
5. Biar adunan selama 2-4 jam (untuk mendapatkan lbh byk sarang,sarang tu yg lubang bulat2 tu..klu byk lg sedap mkn hihi)
6. Last bakar selama 1 jam (suhu 150-160 degree) biasalah test pkai kayu cungkil gigi)
