I luv daging masak kicap..tradition recepi from my mom..most important is i used own black sauce (kicap) from my kg. Kat kl tak der kicap ni..but klu nak pakai kicap apa2 pun tak apa..daging msti lembut ok n taste bkn pd kuah kicap tu jer tp kat dlm daging tu jg.Tu yg chef wan ckp..thank u chef wan..u mmg nom 1..Si hitam yg sedap..nyum..nyumm
